Well Services. You’ll start as a rig floor or derrick hand. Prove yourself, and you can become a rig operator (driller), a rig supervisory (toolpusher) or even a yard, area or division manager.
Pressure Pumping Services. We hire operators to drive our trucks and set up equipment at the job site. You can move up from Equipment Operator 1 to EO4 or become a line boss, blender operator, fluid technician, treater or computer van operator.
Fluid Services & Logistics. Our drivers can train to become diesel mechanics or dispatchers or join our sales force. You can also earn promotions to supervisor or even yard, area, district or division manager.
Fishing & Rental Services. This career ladder could take you from shop technician to foreman, assistant manager, dispatcher, senior dispatcher and beyond. We can also train you as a welder or prepare you for a field position.
Corporate/Shared Services. Employees in our corporate offices in Houston and Shared Services offices in Midland, Texas, have opportunities for professional growth and development in various functions, including human resources, accounting & finance, internal audit, information technology, procurement, legal, sales and marketing.
